engage xx: warp to episodes (when the first x equals the episode and the second x the level) gimmea(1-9) supplies invulnerabilities
gimmeb(1-9) gives shadow spheres
gimmec(1-9) gives quartzes.
Gimmed(1-9) gives mystic urns
gimmee(1-9): gives tomes of power
gimmef(1-9): gives torches
gimmeg(1-9): gives bombs
gimmeh(1-9): gives morph ovums
gimmei(1-9): gives wings of wrath for flying
gimmej(10-9) gives chaos devices
kitty: walk through walls by clipping
ponce: full health
quicken: makes you a god
rambo: gives more armor and weapons
ravmap: full map reveals itself
skel: opens all doors by giving all keys
