Moto Racer

History

The history of motorcycle gaming has one standout, or Hang-On, game.

Company Line

Game Play

Race against as many as 23 computer controlled motorcyclists, on the Great Wall of China, the frozen north, the desert, and the bridges of Madison County.

Bikes can be adjusted to be a motocross or street bike and the player can tweak maximum speed, acceleration, grip, and brakes. The motocross bikes and tracks allow the players to catch air, powerslide the corners, and execute the elusive 'tabletop' move.

Plot

Graphics

Animation

Large objects like bridges, mountains and buildings appear gradually. Animations run at 20 to 25 frames per second normally but can achieve 10 fps bursts of speed from 3D accelerator cards, such as Rendition, and 3Dfx equipped systems.

Voice Actors

Music Score

Just like all the other games, this motocross has guitar music driving you in the background. Unlike the plethora of Japanese racers the tinny back beat has been left out.
